HOLDEN FIRE DEPARTMENT - MEETING WITH EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES COMMITTEE
Members Present: Paul Challenger, Al Berg, Peter Lacy, Jim Dunn, Maria Dell'Ovo, Rick Bates, Bob Ripley, Marilynn Foley
Also Present: EMS Committee Members, Peter Lacy, Chairman, Fire Chief Jack Chandler, Joe Sullivan, Eric Dunphy, Missy Fasshauer, Mike Rosen, Josh Poznanski
The meeting was called to order at 7:00.
The Emergency Medical Services Study Committee presented their business proposal to bring the ambulance service in house rather than outsourcing it. The EMS Committee members answered questions asked by Finance Committee members. The EMS Committee will make this presentation to the BOS in early March. The Finance Committee will discuss the EMS Business Proposal at their next meeting. If anyone has further questions they can contact Peter.
On a motion by Rick 2nd by Peter the minutes of December 5, 2007 were voted unanimously as amended.
The Finance Committee would like copies of the HMLD budget.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30.
